Bodyrayz Cancel or Reschedule policy 

 

Laser sessions are by appointment only. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you and we request that you please review our cancellation/attendance policy.
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice, Changes or cancellations to appointments made within 48 hours may result in a fee of $25 per service. Cancelling with less than one hour of notice OR failure to arrive for scheduled appoint- ments will result in the full cost of the appointment(s) being charged. Please note, small group bookings and spa packages are subject to a 48 hour cancellation policy.

Clients with Unlimited yearly service will need to pay a fee of $25 to reinstate service. Please note that expiry dates will not be extended.

Late appointment arrivals of ten minutes or more, may also result in the forfeiting of your treat- ment. If you must cancel your appointment we require you to call the office at: 905-501-0336. If we don’t answer please leave your information on our answering service.
Please keep in mind that “No-shows” or last minute cancellations leave our technicians with empty appointment times that could have been filled with attending clients. 
Because of this, clients that do not honour their appointments or arrive 10 or 10+ minutes late may incur a loss of treatment.
