At our salon, we are proud to provide a clean and relaxing atmosphere for all guests. To ensure everyone has a great experience, please take a moment to review our in-house rules and policies.

No Verbal or physical abuse of any kind will be tolerated

Stealing of any kind will result in us reporting incident to the authorities

Damage to our equipment resulting from mis-use can result in barring from the salon and or charging fees

One person, per room (No Exceptions).

No loud phone use

No rowdy behaviour or running in salon

We cannot be responsible for children unattended in the salon

Please clean up after you leave. We are not responsible for any valuables left in rooms or lobby

No Loitering

Clients who try to tan under someone else’s name. Will result in both their account and other account being locked until ID is provided for both.

Returns/Refund
For any issues or return request, all claims must be made within 48H after
receipt of goods. Please contact us at 905-501-0336 or by email
at info@bodyrayz.com. No returns accepted without written consent.
Refund of products may be accepted if product has not been opened
(minus original freight method) -
Personal Items, Lotion kept with us will be destroyed one year after purchase unless account is active six months. We are not responsible for items left at salon

Privacy policy, Bodyrayz Tanning & Laser promises not to provide any customer information
(sensitive or otherwise) to any 3rd party without express consent
Monthly/2 weeks or Membership Packages

Monthly Packages are Valid for 30 consecutive days for first day used, Excluding Holidays (14 days for 2 week memberships)One use per 24 hrs

Clients who do not comply with salon policies may be denied future services. No refunds will be provided.
